A ton of free hard drive space (80GB or so to be safe)
How to transcode and rip BD disc to H.264:
Step 1: Free download Blu-ray to H.264 encoding software here, install and run it.
Step 2: Insert BD disc to your BD drive to load BD files into this BD encoding software for ripping.
Step 3: Choose 720p H.264 as output format by clicking “Format” option
Actually, H.264 HD Video (*.mp4, *.mov, etc.) are available now. Just choose the best H.264 video format you like. Meanwhile, optional multi-language audio/subtitle is also supported. So, you can choose your favoriate subtitle/audio track language before the BD ripping.
Step 4: Customize output settings via the “Settings” button
After opening the setting window, you are able to set file size, video/audio codec, bitrate, frame rate, sample rate, channels (5.1 channels, Mono, Stereo, etc.)
Step 5: Convert BD movie to H.264 file
